Blubird got its start in search of greener ways of living when my littles were tiny, in my cramped kitchen pantry. I still make and sell dryer balls, the "little ball that started it all," and #goodcleanwool, a popular felted goats milk soap collaboration with Alpine Made, our local woman-operated organic goat farm.

Even though the majority of my time now is spent teaching and in the studio, I still care passionately about how wool and conscious consumerism can improve our lives while eliminating toxic goods and disposables. I feel just as strongly about the role that ethical agriculture, slow goods and fair trade play in making everyone's lives (and planet Earth) better.
